Hello again, everyone at FGP. A matter has come to my attention that is probably going to figure in this community prominently--it is, of course, post approval.
Right now, any posts we make get sent to the moderators for review before they are shown to the world. This is an effective way to keep content against the rules from cropping up, but as the community grows, it may become stifling to the development of these forums. One of the staff members on here I knew previously on another forum which started with a boom because its topic was so popular; however, it had post approval at first, too, and the early months of the forums' life were depicted as the dreaded "snail posting" era. When the post approval was taken away, the community grew at an astounding rate, and has been pretty stable ever since.
So, I've simply been wondering: when do you think post approval will be deactivated, if at all?
Thanks,
